President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev signed the law "On Digital Assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

On 6 February 2023, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 193-VII ZRC "On Digital Assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan" was adopted. This Law was adopted for the purposes of state regulation in the field of digital assets, the development of activities for the issuance and turnover of digital assets, the development of digital mining activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and for the economic development and competitiveness of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
